Irons Edge Introduction

 

 

New Owners Chad Dorrough and Chris McCarthy will be bringing Chefs Dave Blucher and Geoff Hoffman from their restaurant, The Hideaway at Saratoga Lake GC, to open the new Iron's Edge at Ballston Spa Country Club this April. 

There will be some of the Hideaway's staple menu items offered at Iron's Edge, but the menu itself will be unique. Buffalo Rangoons, Tacos, Sliders, Burgers, their signature Fried Chicken Sandwich, Steamers, Wedge Salad, Flat Iron Steaks and Pasta dishes are just some of the 50+ menu items to be offered this season. We will be featuring live music, a Prime Rib Night, and other specials throughout the season. If you're looking for a cold beverage, a grab and go item, or a nice sit-down dinner there's something for everyone. 

We've added 12 TVs to the bar and restaurant, remodeled the kitchen and bar areas, and will improve the outdoor bar and Turn to be more functional for golfers while maintaining pace of play. 

The beverage cart will be in service all season and we will offer an App to order food from while you golf so it's ready at the turn or for takeout post round.
